Our 2025 Golf Tournament is just a few months away! We’re excited to return to the beautiful Magnolia Grove Golf Course, and we’d love for you to join us. Whether you’re a sponsor or a golfer, there’s a spot for you at this exciting event!

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Golf Teams/Players:

    • 4-Golfer teams / 2 teams per hole Shotgun Start. 
    • Teams & Players start from their assigned hole and play 18 holes.
    • Scramble Best Ball Format. In a scramble, you play the best ball. All four players in foursome tee off and you all play from where the best ball landed. Subsequent shots are all played from the next best ball and putt the same way.
    • You can select the players for your foursome.
    • If players are registered individually or are without a foursome, you will be assigned to a foursome.
    • All companies, golfers, and sponsors must register and pay prior to the Tournament.

Sponsors

    • Sponsorships are awarded on a first-come, first selection basis.
    • All companies, sponsors and attendees participating at the holes must register and pay prior to the Tournament.
    • Co-sponsoring at holes is not permitted.
    • Promo items: 145 units: Must be mailed by March 14th to Robert Uhler at Pilot Catastrophe, 1055 Hillcrest Road, Mobile, AL 36695.
    • Depending on your sponsorship level, please send logos in JPG or PNG to MCA
    • 2 Sponsor Staff at the sponsored hole.
    • Sponsors are responsible for their own tent, table, and chairs. Magnolia Grove has limited tables and chairs available. There are some available for rental at $20 each.

As we prepare for tournament day, please take note of the following important details:

Beverage Cart Sponsors:
If your sponsorship includes beverage service, please reach out directly to Magnolia Grove Golf Club to coordinate all beverage service.

Tents/Tables: Magnolia Grove has limited tables and chairs available. There are some available for rental at $20 each. Sponsors are responsible for their own tents, tables, and chairs.

Please note: All liquor and alcohol must be arranged through the golf course per their policies.

Door Prizes:
If you plan to donate a door prize, you’re welcome to bring it with you on tournament day. Please drop it off at the registration table when you arrive.
➡ Be sure to attach a business card or label so we can properly recognize your company during the prize raffle!

Mulligans Reminder:
To help us keep the registration process smooth and efficient, we encourage all golfers to purchase Mulligans online prior to the event here > reserve a spot.
Cash payments will also be accepted on-site at the registration table if you prefer.

Golf Teams:
If you’ve already registered but haven’t sent us the names of your golfers yet, please email them to us as soon as possible.
This helps ensure a smooth check-in process on tournament day.
