Eric Grizzle has worked in the independent insurance adjusting industry since 1999 as an adjuster, file examiner and manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Arts which give him a unique perspective and proven insight into policyholders needs following a disaster. He has worked with OST, Inc. for nearly three years as the National Flood Insurance Program’s (NFIP) Claims Manager, providing program support and management to 60 participating insurance carriers, 30 adjusting companies and over 5,000 authorized flood adjusters. OST, Inc. is the federal contractor who administers daily management for NFIP standard operations and disaster support on behalf of FEMA.
