Mr. Wilbourn holds a B.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Mr. Wilbourn performs cause and origin inspections and analysis on residential, commercial, civic, religious, hospitality, and multi-residential building types pertaining to numerous damage conditions resulting from internal and external forces, insect infestation, and construction and design defects. During his 23-year career as a forensic engineer, Mr. Wilbourn has been retained as a consulting engineer and/or designated as an engineering expert witness in over 200 legal cases and has provided expert testimony under oath in over 85 cases.
