Meet Troy A. Shaw, a seasoned public speaker, and corporate trainer with 30 years of experience conducting training seminars all over the world. For several of those years, he served as an Associate Trainer for John Maxwell’s EQUIP organization for the countries of the Philippines, Bulgaria, Zambia, and South Africa. Troy has a master’s degree in leadership and resides in Flowery Branch, GA. Troy has the unique ability to connect with audiences of all ages through humor and thought-provoking dialogue that all can embrace. 

Troy began his adjusting career thirteen years ago with no experience.  Cross Country Adjusting hired him as a field adjuster, and the rest is history. Through the years, his work ethic, drive, and integrity have led to rapid growth within the company. Today, Troy serves as the VP of Business Development and is responsible for overseeing the training facility and all programming for training adjusters across the nation.
