Meet Our Guest Speaker: Preston Hattaway
We are thrilled to have Mr. Preston Hattaway join us as our guest speaker for the evening.
Preston Hattaway serves as the Field Operations Manager for Pilot Catastrophe Services. He started his career with Pilot in 2005 when he was just 21 years old. Over the last 18 years, Preston has worked in various roles such as field and inside adjuster, large loss property adjuster, adjuster trainer, administrative manager, field manager, inside manager, storm manager, and Xactimate Affiliate Trainer. Apart from training adjusters, Preston has collaborated with his colleagues to create several Pilot training classes such as Light Wind and Hail, Storm Preparedness, Train the Trainer, Hurricane Preparedness, Complex Adjusting Fundamentals, Property Field Claims College, and numerous client-specific training courses. He now plays a pivotal role in leading the field operations for many of the industry's leading carriers.
